What will you do as a Team Leader at KONE?
You will lead a team of 10 – 15 team members, coordinate work distribution, monitor the queue of open requests or transactions on a daily basis, prioritize requests and allocate team capacity accordingly. You will set targets and monitor the team progress and KPIs. You will handle complex processing activities and solve incoming business requests together with your team and peers and provide high-quality customer service to our clients.
And last but not least you will inspire, engage, empower and develop your team members

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

On top of leadership qualities we require:
• High level of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to deliver superb customer service
