Feladatkör, kompetenciák és felelősség

 Direct Sales Expert Responsibilities:
  • To increase number of supervised, new and cross-selling customers
  • Personal and commercial management of the actual customer
  • Acquisition of new customers and cross selling potentials
  • To ensure fulfillment of the defined objectives (sales volumes, net margin, EBIT, cost, etc.) with accompanying controlling
  • Contract and price negotiations
  • Risk management; market monitoring
  • Development and maintenance of key market and customer information
  • Active participation and involvement in marketing campaigns to promote the sales activities
  • Customer master data including potential update
  • Dealing with complaints management and technical advice

  • University/college degree (preferably economic or engineering field)
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales field
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Flexibility, self-activity and proactivity
  • Ability for self-organization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy
