We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team!

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in the Hungarian consumer segment
• Drive highest level of customer satisfaction and growth of Tungsram LED lamps and fixtures
• Build up a solid pipeline with new partners ~ Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. • Be responsible for achieving the assigned sales and profitability targets, negotiate yearly contracts, commercial terms and conditions by following the pricing policies and procedures
• Visit retail partners and promote existing/new products, providing support in any questions
• Gather product and market information; prepare market analysis (based on customers, prices, product portfolio) and strengthen brand awareness by collaborating with marketing team
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams /Ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with merchandising team and coordinate their activities

Requirements:

• College/university degree preferably in economics оr engineering
• Min 5 years sales/KAM experience preferably in similar field, FMCG experience desirable
• Fluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
• Persuasive skills to influence decision-making process; Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition.
• Product knowledge or ability to learn quickly
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable to build relationships at all levels
• Results—driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills.
• Demonstrate excellent entrepreneurial and financial acumen, understand business drivers
• Planogram planning skills (optional)
