We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team!

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other Science studies
• Needs to have experience in related technical/ quality/ applications area
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
• Ability to drive engagement across cross-functional teams
• Experience in leading a team is an advantage
• Strong project management skills
• Sound business acumen
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to solve problems within the company and at customer’s site
• Opened for changes and for proposing ideas for process improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus
• Determined, precise, flexible
• Experiement in Lighting business is an advantage

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Operate the Customer Claim Management process
• Resolve customer quality claims on specified product lines
• Manage and monitor customer quality complaints and their related actions
• Root cause analysis of defective light sources
• Manage warehouse audit and sample testing
• Visit customers (if needed)
• Resolve/remediate customer issues onsite (if needed)
• Establish continuous connection with customers, with other functions and with suppliers (if needed)
• Co-operation with CRC, Sales, PM, Quality, Technology, Finance and Supply Chain teams
• Organize and facilitate the necessary conference calls and meetings within the company or with customer
• Manage Quality database, data handling in related tools
• Create technical and financial reports
