Tungsram Solution Business Unit is a rapidly growing division within the Tungsram Group with primary focus on providing world class LED Lighting Turn Key Solutions to Private and Public End users. Solution Business Unit delivers Lighting Technology investment and lighting reconstruction projects with end-to-end approach, audit, design, installation and smart lighting products. In addition, we provide complementary services, like related turnkey intelligent lighting systems, assessment and reconstruction of outdoor and indoor electricity networks, cutting edge smart solutions like smart parking, facility management system or building automation.

We are looking a talented Project Sales Manager to join our team!

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Responsible for project business improvement
• Drive growth of Tungsram LED fixtures/solutions by acquiring new customers/partners
• Build up a solid pipeline with new project partners
• Be responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets, following the pricing policies and procedures
• Visit partners and end-users and promote existing/new products, providing technical support and instructions
• Gather product and market information
• Prepare market analysis (based on customers, prices, product portfolio)
• Annual negotiations on contracts cooperating with other organizations, such as Pricing, Legal dept, Operations, Product Management, etc...


• College/university degree preferably in economics оr engineering
• Min. 5 years sales experience in selling lighting projects
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Persuasive skills to influence decision-making process
• Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition
• Product knowledge or ability to learn quickly
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-started, results oriented
• Capable to build relationships at all levels
• Results—driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills
• Self-confident, creative thinker who can contribute to overall sales development strategy
• High level of integrity
