The UK based Tesco is presented in 10 countries all over the world including Ireland and Thailand.
Tesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs. The company has built the country's biggest retail chain by running more than 200 stores all over Hungary.
More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 4 countries structure with the Polish, Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

Főbb feladatok:

- Managing projects end-to-end within Central-Europe.
- Responsible to lead the given projects throughout the define, measure, analyse, improve and control
- Building project business cases (agreeing scope and objectives) and identifying critical success factors.
- Oversee the pilots and track and manage risks and issues and benefits
- Managing key stakeholders and dependencies to establish ways of work and alignment of approaches
- Creating the initial project plan, subsequently tracking and reporting progress to the line manager and the governance forum
- Establishing and filling resource requirements whilst balancing budgets and individual development needs
- Setting up project budgeting, planning and create processes, to ensure expectations are clearly established and standards are followed
- Creating communication packs
- Support the country deployment teams as an internal consultant after handover to the business to ensure sustainability
- Seek for new and innovative ways to improve the business for our customers

Szükséges végzettség:

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

- University/college degree
- Advanced level of English
- End-to-end Project Management experience within a complex and large organisation framework
- Project management methodology / qualification
- Data analysis and report preparation
- MS Office (Power Point, Visio, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management, very good engaging skills
- Internal drive, proactivity
- Good analysing and decision making skills

Előnyt jelent:

- Experience in Retail business preferably in more than one function
- Having a good understanding of the overall business, of data setup processes and impacted systems
