The UK based Tesco is presented in 10 countries all over the world including Ireland and Thailand.
Tesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs. The company has built the country's biggest retail chain by running more than 200 stores all over Hungary.
More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 4 countries structure with the Polish, Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

Főbb feladatok:

Maintaining a feasible workload plan for store team by highlighting opportunities and addressing challenges. Working towards continuous development and drive improvement for our colleagues and customers.
- Ensuring that all local and central activities requiring store resources are integrated in the workload plan
- Escalating issues and propose solutions during the planning process
- Tracking and measuring store workload to ensure store team can focus on the right things and have the resources in place to deliver what is asked of them so they have time to serve customers better.
- Monitoring the operational delivery of seasonal, trade, change and engagement events and capture learnings after the event to improve future processes
- Building a strong collaborative relationship with other departments (Product, Marketing, Local Support Office, Store communications team, IT)
- Attending various meetings which impacts the price change volume (Events like Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) giving relevant feedback and proposal to the CE Workload planning Manager
- Communicating workload plan and store forecast to stores via approved channels

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

- Advanced English
- Strong analytical skills
- Good computer skills (- advanced level of Excel skills required, power point)
- Precise management of administration
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility for new skills
- Kind and helpful personality
