The UK based Tesco is presented in 10 countries all over the world including Ireland and Thailand.
Tesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs. The company has built the country's biggest retail chain by running more than 200 stores all over Hungary.
More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 4 countries structure with the Polish, Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

Főbb feladatok:

- Support the Finance Transformation Programme with Change and Project Management activities in line with our global program
- Support the Central-European team with projects' administration like tracking risks, issues, milestones, capturing meeting minutes, etc. to achieve a successful implementation
- Support the work of the Head of Central European Finance Transformation (Programme Lead) with any ad-hoc tasks, with the preparation of materials needed for decision making, etc.
- Manage Change Management activities, support the Project Managers to map changes and manage change impacts
- Prepare materials needed to keep key stakeholders and colleagues informed (presentation packs)
- Create communications plan for 4 countries aligned with global methodology
- Ensure clear, structured ways of communication - cooperate with the communications teams, work closely together with the People Business Partners, HR contacts, global team
- Lead event organisation related to the Programme (colleagues' events, townhalls, workshops, leadership visits etc.)

Szükséges végzettség:

Egyetem, vagy főiskola

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

- 3-5 years' working experience, preferably in Communication or Project Management area
- University degree (preferably communications), finance qualification is an advantage
- Change Management experience is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in mother language and in English
- Advanced knowledge of Word / Power Point
- Decision-making and influencing skills
