The UK based Tesco is presented in 10 countries all over the world including Ireland and Thailand.
Tesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs. The company has built the country's biggest retail chain by running more than 200 stores all over Hungary.
More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 4 countries structure with the Polish, Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

Főbb feladatok:

- Be responsible for all Clubcard operational processes within base country
- Together with CE Operation Manager set the right operational processes optimization for base country
- Influence country store operations managers to improve Clubcard standards in stores and monitor how we are performing with Clubcard KPIs
- Creating briefs for campaigns for Coupon Capability Team on the base of Clubcard trade plan for the base country & proper communication of timings
- Engage in & support ad hoc projects as per CE Loyalty manager's request;
- Fully responsible for the right content of the local statements and mailings by cooperating with local legal team, local customer team, local Coupon Capability Team and local advertising agencies;
- Manage the NGC system voucher set up and voucher testing
- Accountable for data hygiene and NGC application maintenance
- Planning data base hygiene activities, including elimination of data base errors and improving current Clubcard data base consistency
- Local implementation of the events and workshops for colleagues
- Training materials localization for stores and office colleagues
- Support an ad hoc projects as per CE Loyalty manager's request

Szükséges végzettség:

Egyetem, vagy Főiskola

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

- Strong MS Office knowledge
