We are looking for a new colleague to join our very fresh and youthful team to support office line managers and employees during the whole employee life cycle.

Főbb feladatok:

- Act as first point contact to department leaders (both Hungarian and foreigner managers), support and develop their knowledge in HR processes, labor law, and in managerial role
- Manage structural changes
- Manage HR and labour processes, support organizational changes in line with Hungarian labor law
- Manage reward processes, support yearly and ad hoc payrise
- Supervise recruitment and selection process
- Support planning and controlling payroll costs
- Support onboarding program for new comers, supervise them from their first day until the end of their trial period
- Manage talent spotting and succession planning
- Support and follow up the yearly employee satisfaction survey
- Manage ad-hoc HR issues

Szükséges végzettség:


Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

University or college degree
At least 3-4 years experience in similar role- preferably in multinational environment
Advanced English knowledge
MS Office knowledge
Experience in labor law
Experience in recruitment and selection
Influencing and engaging skills
Change management skills
