The UK based Tesco is presented in 10 countries all over the world including Ireland and Thailand.
Tesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs. The company has built the country's biggest retail chain by running more than 200 stores all over Hungary.
More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 4 countries structure with the Polish, Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

Főbb feladatok:

- Oversee and lead the closing process and production of external reporting of CE countries (PL, HU, CR, SR) for the Group
- Keep contact with international finance team, ensuring CE meets deadlines on both regular and ad hoc requests and the information provided is accurate, insightful and on the right level of details
- Coordinating finance leaders to deliver Budgets and Period closing actuals
- Developing commentary, analysis and insight based on financial and commercial data to help understanding business performance
- Overseeing production of management accounts for the Executive Committee and Country Board. Attending periodic review (financial and operational) meetings with country leads to support, understand, and challenge the performance of the country results (PL, HU, CR, SR)
- Producing budgets and plans, both from a top-down perspective and through collation of country inputs
- Being responsible for KFC (key financial controls) next steps given to Planning and Reporting
- Providing data and communicating with our external auditors

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

- Accountancy qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience in Finance managerial role (planning, reporting, accounting, business partnering, consolidation)
- Understanding of finance processes and accounting
- Leadership skills in international environment
- Good English languages skills both verbal and written
- MS Office advanced
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent analytical skills
