Job description, responsibilities and duties

Support managers in a variety of ways:
- Transparency of business results and processes of the company.
- To prevent managers from making inefficient decisions based on strategy of division.
- To provide all relevant controlling information to managers for decision making.
- To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans oriented to ensure successful future of the company.
- To maintain & develop controlling systems.

Accountabilities
- Perform operational controlling tasks.
- Uphold internal processes in the respective business environment.
- Coordination and perform relevant closing processes for specific business areas.
- Actively support continual Business improvement program.
- Preparation of budgets for specific business areas.
- Preparation of monthly forecasts for specific business areas.
- Present financial figures on management meetings.
- Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements.
- Support Team leader in optimization of processes and other projects.
- Train other colleagues.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in finance area.

Others:
- advanced knowledge of finance and controlling processes and procedures,
- SAP user skills advanced,
- international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & accounting knowledge in related field,
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) – expert level,
- strong sense of responsibility and communication, negotiation skills,
- actively spread a knowledge to other team members,
- active work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity.
