Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Building SAP Business Warehouse reports and queries with Query Designer, 1st level user support.
- Operate Business Intelligence reporting platform from business perspective.
- Build online reports, administrate user, 2nd level user support.
- Monthly forecasting & yearly budgeting, defining input masks and the data model, process responsibility and 1st level user support.
- Trainings for beginners as well as for specific reporting topics, documentations.
- User authorization concept & user administration (roles concept, testing and running the process).
- Documentation in German/English.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University education in Business Administration / - Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in reporting area, work experience in a Shared Service Centre is a benefit, experience in an international working environment is a benefit
- English: B2 - mandatory
- German: advantage

- knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit,
- SAP or comparable ERP system knowledge is advantage,
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - intermediate level,
- strong analytical skills,
- structured and independent work approach,
- high attitude towards quality and accurateness,
