Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
  • Prepare service deliverables (acc. to service description) on an operative level in timely manner
  • Optimization of individual working methods and maintain records and systems
  • Suggestions for process improvements
  • Communicate with the internal customers on operative level

Accountabilities
  • Definition of reporting requirements
  • Creation of reports and technical validation of data
  • Coordination with other units and cost evaluation
  • QLIKSENSE - Interactive reporting support
  • Consolidation of system stands
  • Report results to the Financial Controller
  • Booking support
  • Validation and creation of invoices/ accruals

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Education
  • University education in Business Administration / - Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter)
Experience
  • First experience of relevant work experience in subject matter or work experience in a Shared Service Centre is a benefit
Languages
  • English B2 – mandatory
  • German B1 – advantage
Others
  • Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit
  • SAP or comparable ERP system knowledge is advantage
