Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Independent execution of all administrative and operational tasks to the Vice President of Human Resources. Frequently communicates with senior level internal and external contacts and is regularly exposed to confidential data.

Key accountabilities
- Effectively manage VP's calendar and schedule.
- Prioritize incoming information and appointments.
- Prepares presentations, special reports, summarizing and analyzing data.
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees and external contacts.
- Collects, processes, and finalizes business related documents and is able to work with business applications (e.g. weekly reports).
- Make complex and detailed travel itineraries for direct superior and support travel arrangements for HR colleagues.
- Organizes, prepares and moderates meetings, discussions (invitation, agenda, prepares and assembles related documents, distribute presentations, writes minutes etc.).
- Act as HR department office supplies coordinator.
- Receiving and hosting visitors (internal & external).
