Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
•Responsible for predefined business processes
•Works independently or in team on creating, maintaining, programming and documenting the business processes based on the customer needs

•Ensuring the updating of the solution database
•Problems analysis, collection, documentation, evaluation of problem and root cause elimination by using monitoring data
•Solution proposals and implementation of workarounds
•Implementation of appropriate solution and feedback to problem elimination
•Support of Risk and Escalation Management
•responsible for production resilience of application through short term and sustainable problem elimination
•proactive identification of actions to increase system stability and avoidance incidents
•optimization of problem management process using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice to decrease opex costs
•short term problem solving, if no software change is needed
•discuss and evaluate solution proposals from 3rd level support for software changes
•definition and execution of continual service improvement, total care of application
•programming and support on the database layer mainly in Structured Query Language (SQL)
•Assessment of Development Trends
•Technical cooperation in projects and subprojects in their own area of responsibility

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
