Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
  • Business Partner Management is end-to-end responsible for the project/demand delivery and is the single point of contact for the customer for all IT topics

Accountabilities
  • Single point of contact for all requirements of the business partner/customer
  • Steering of projects (in time, quality and budget), providing the PMT-processes
  • Expert ability to program territorial support to ensure prompt communication with customers
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Clarifying the demand in collaboration with business side (Consulting)
First cost estimation
  • Demand planning, steering and tracking
  • Contact to application management, solution design, development, testing
  • Development of customer specific IT-Roadmaps together with business considering the available budget and IT target architecture
  • End-to-end responsibility for all relevant solutions and applications along defined standards
