Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description
Works in team responsible for given IT application(s), deals with tickets related to incidents, problems, changes or delivery orders (DO), in order to maintain service provided to customers according to service level agreements and given quality indicators.

Generic accountabilities:
•Responsibility for given application environment with support of groups of specialists (OS, DB, middleware, dev…)
•Deploying new releases of application, configuration changes or other changes inside the application.
•Planning, coordination and support for tasks handled by OS, DB, Middleware
•Planning and coordination of migrations (HW refresh, platform changes…)
•Cooperation with development team
•Responsibility for documentation of application
•Incident management as 2nd level support
•Operative interface between Service Delivery Management, Customer, Development, Vendors and other delivery units

Job specific accountabilities:
•Supports colleagues on junior positions and spreads knowledge in the team
•Is responsible for keeping service asset and configuration items related to given application up to date
•Supports projects and other activities in order to fulfil quality targets and objectives.
•Supports and consults Service Delivery Management during order and pre-sales and cost optimization phases

Minimum base salary: 695EUR+variable part+other benefits

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

•Preferable High school or university degree in IT area
•2+ year in IT area
•Good knowledge and experience in Operating Systems (Unix based OS, Windows)
•General technical overview and understanding Network, Storage, Back up, Databases & Middleware
•Scripting skills (Bash, Shell) advantage
•Basic project management overview
•Overview about main ITIL processes

•English (mandatory) B2
•German advantage
•Ability to learn and adopt to new IT technologies
•Communication skills
•Cooperation, effective work in team
