Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description
•Preparing of process monitoring concepts for the respective solution
•Active monitoring of the Leitstand dashboards and involving of the responsible colleagues = communication with the AD/AM/AO if a relevant timeout/failure occurs
•Organization and moderation of calls/meetings
•Communication with the AD/AM/AO on a regular basis as well as TOP management in case of business critical issues
•Organization of trainings and lessons learnt sessions
•Knowledge distribution to the Leitstand specialist
•Preparing and updating of documentation, summarizing and analyzing data
•To participate on teleconferences which are relevant for the respective Leitstand (regarding dashboards, issues, FAQ reviews,..)
•Participation on workshops, training sessions in Germany whenever possible
•Investigating the possible issue and its forwarding to the responsible AD/AM/AO, involvement of the necessary people
•Proactive actions in case of detection of abnormal but not critical behavior (analyzing, communication, tracking, …)
•Active cooperation with German colleagues
•Regular reporting

•Basic knowledge of business processes Telekom Germany GmbH
•Basic overview of ITIL, understanding of T-Systems processes, escalation procedures, understanding of TelIT’s organization
•Basic knowledge about the applications and interfaces between them in the TelIT’s organizations
•Ability to work with SM9 (creating and tracking of tickets)
•Ability to work with TrueSight (handling of alarms), VSM tool (Leitstand dashboards + IT-Services in DeepDive), TS Viper (looking for changes) and Darwin/BestGuide (to find the current action plans/FAQs and the basic information about the applications, servers and contact persons, the interfaces between the applications), DMU (to find basic information about the databases)
•Deep knowledge about the network components/applications/infrastructure and the applications which are involved in billing process
