Customer Service Representatives provide a professional back and front office service function for our client’s project in line with the contractual agreements.


•Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails
•Providing support
•Giving guidance and solving problems

Language skills

Romanian - Upper intermediate (B2) and
English - Intermediate (B1)

•Fluent ROMANIAN language knowledge
•Fluent HUNGARIAN language knowledge is an advantage
•Conversational English language knowledge
•Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
•Good communication skills
