Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our team is looking for an experienced and well-organized Digital Product Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for whole Product Marketing Team and business partners alike, by coordinating sales, advertising and marketing activities. You will be responsible for the strategy, management and performance of specified products.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage performance marketing activities and affiliate campaigns via internal software system, monitor offer and product promotions
• Cooperate on creating marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
• Coordinate daily activities with Product Marketing team, communicate relevant product information and business opportunities
• Optimization of our own online products- including design requests, requesting new development tasks, etc.
• Prepare calculations of advertising metrics (CPM, CPA), deliver reports
• Provide customer service and manage daily communication with business partners, affiliates, media buyers, and networks, ensure timeliness and accuracy of provided information
• Develop new business partnerships and support their integration into internal system, set up conversion tracking processes (callback integration)
• Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas

• Previous experience in online marketing, digital media sales or advertising is essential
• Technical understanding of the mobile internet industry
• A team player with high level of dedication, determination and goal orientation
• Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent command of English language, German language is a plus
• BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
