We are currently looking for a new colleague to be an active member of our new Conflict Minerals team in our Budapest office.
Environmental Data Analyst – REACH & ROHS
(Fixed-term, 6 months)

Goal of the position:

Collect and analyse the supplier material declarations in order to maintain the company’s REACH and ROHS compliance.

• Know and able to apply the company’s environmental policies and standards
• Manage the suppliers from REACH and ROHS compliance point of view:
1. Find the supplier contact in internal systems or on the internet
2. Contact suppliers: make the suppliers’ to understand the process and the impact of the regulations for its business
3. Escalation: identify non-responding suppliers and request the support of the management
4. Data analysis:
• Check, control and validate the collected information
• Review data in the database: validate essential information as required, identify inconsistencies, communicate them to the team and to the manager for reconciliation, update entries in database (manually or by preparing upload documents)
• Support the team to achieve the KPIs and SLAs set by the management
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Data management experience (in Excel, Access, etc)
• Fluent English is a must, any other language is an advantage
• Proactivity and a strong “Can Do” attitude is preferred
• Be a team player but also an individual contributor

Skills, competencies:
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
• Able to persuade the suppliers about the importance to provide the report
• Well organised and able to prioritise
• The ability for VBA/Macro writing or data visualization is an advantage
