Key responsibilities:
Support to the Project Managers and Lead Engineers – coordination of the project activities, document control, project correspondence, preparation of statistics and reports, data collection, customer meetings organization.

In this role you will:
• Execute administrative tasks in SAP, CRM, and other tools.
• Provide administrative support for the offers preparation and project execution.
• Provide regular project reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation availability, consistency, follow up and archiving.
• Prepare and monitor budget and schedules for the assigned projects.
• Compile the required documentation for the project approvals including preparation of plans and specifications, basic analysis of contractual and shipping commitments.
• Provide documentation versioning and workflow by reviewing, editing, storing and sharing project related documentation.
• Schedule, document and record all the project’s team and review meetings.
• Monitor the project progress and communicate any problem or inconsistencies to the Project Manager.
• Ensure any change in scope, pricing, scheduling or other project milestones and communicate to the respective project members.
• Coordinate negotiations for any change in scope, pricing, scheduling or other contract requirements.
• Works closely with the Project/Department Managers to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.

Educational Specialization

Economical and/or technical (automation) background is a plus.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Very good organizational skills, structured;
• Excellent computer skills, including good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint and databases);
• Ability to work independently;
• Advanced level of English and Proficiency level of Slovak language (in both verbal and written);
