Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a member of a project team, the Deputy PM/Planner is responsible for internal actions under the responsibility of the Project Manager:
* Construction and analysis of the schedule,
* Project assumptions tracking, baseline, schedule follow-up
* Reporting, KPIs, earned value management
* Helps identifying project risk factors and puts in place plans and actions to mitigate them
* Helps identifying project opportunities and puts in place plans and actions to achieve them
* Help the PM to build WBS and support PM with completing administrative tasks related to projects (SAP,
reports, project follow-up)
* Follow and update the project execution budget
* Support PM in organization of regular team meetings
* Manage the documentation flow
* Assist to the preparation of Variation Orders to Customers
* Follow-up suppliers
* Prepare and follow the application of the processes

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Engineer or Business school master

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Project - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

* Min 6 years of work experience
* Min 3 years of experience in Project Management, managing electrical distribution projects ideally in nuclear sector
* Microsoft Project and Primavera - must
* Knowledge SAP project module and reporting
* Language: English fluent, French or German language as a plus
* Leadership, Goal-oriented & reliability, Team player
* Well organized personality able to work without permanent supervision
* High commitment to work, proactive approach and flexibility
* Customer approach, team spirit and good communication and presentation skills
* Understanding of contractual and legal aspects of the project
* Experience and understanding of project risk management/mitigation techniques
* Open for international business trips
