Key Responsibilites

• Customer risk assessment and credit analysis

• Bank postings and allocations

• Daily cash collection

• Timely and accurate cash allocation

• Various reporting (cash estimation, provision for bad debt, DSO & DTO reporting, aged

debtors)

• Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle

• Manual invoicing; Invoice processing

• Cash application, Inter-company netting

• Bank, IC reconciliation

• Credit management

• AR ledger review 

• Booking payments from customers in a timely manner

• Reconciliation of customer accounts

• Inter company balance reconciliations

• Assist in fulfilling the requirements of internal & external audits


Requirements

• College or University Degree in Economics or Finance

• Financial background

• Relevant experience in AR accounting

• Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy and good analytical skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professional under pressure

• Strong team player attitude

• Excellent skills in English both written & oral
