Key Responsibilites

Your job duties include but not are not limited to:

-actively engaging in the HR innovation and modernisation initiatives of a multinational company

-ensuring data accuracy

-acquiring an integrative understanding of HR-related procedures and processes

-acting as the first point of contact for HR related matters, handling a wide range of policy and process issues 

-taking full responsibility of the employee experience from an HR perspective

-analysing and determining root cause of emerging HR-related issues and new initiatives

-working in partnership with HR teams in foreign countries and other local/regional/global teams 


We are looking for candidates who:

-have the potential to work with people at all levels and across organization boundaries

-have strong English skills

-have demonstrated ability to administer HR systems and processes efficiently and effectively

-fluency in German is an advantage

-experience of working with the Workday system is an advantage

Required experience:

-at least 1 year experience in HR

-BS or BA degree (preferably in human resources)
