Key Responsibilites

In an HR Services position you may

  • support local and/or foreign colleagues with HR related questions, issues and solve problems,
  • support the HR team with administrative and process improvement tasks,
  • rely on your great analytical skills to be able to create reports and draw conclusions from HR data.

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate, if you have:


  • university degree
  • fluent English knowledge (both oral and written)
  • a second fluent European language knowledge (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Slovak, Czech, Romanian)
  • at least 1 year of experience in any HR related field or customer service field
  • desire to strengthen your knowledge in the field of human resources
  • good people skills to be able to work in a matrix organization
  • good analytical skills
