Product Manager (Office Software)

Our client is among the TOP 3 automotive suppliers globally and into their Application Development Team we are looking for a Product Manager colleague for the office softwares.

Key Responsibilites

Your responsibilities would be the following:

  • Clarification of customer demands for new solutions
  • Plan, introduce, customize, manage and support projects and products for digital office solutions (e.g.
Adobe, GIMP, Microsoft products...)
  • License management for software products
  • Independent processing of 2nd and 3rd level support issues (expert level)
  • Contact the user and troubleshooting / resolve the problems remotely
  • Administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of digital office solutions
  • Documentation of the changes made to the services and functionalities
  • Consulting of users in the use and customization of digital office solutions
  • Carry out training on the use of digital office solutions

Requirements

You would be the ideal candidate if you had:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Economics
  • Skills in dealing with Microsoft Office products and related 3rd party tools and software
  • Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
  • Good didactic / teaching skills
  • Sociable attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Negotiation level English language knowledge
  • Willingness to travel

  • Knowledge of German language is a major advantage
