General Assistant - Part time

Our partner is one of the leading airline groups in the world and we are looking for a talented candidate to join their team in Budapest as a part-time General Assistant.

Key Responsibilites

1.General support to the Director and his Management Team
  • (Re-)Schedules meetings
  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Provides general assistance to expatriate Managers

2.Manages the reception desk
  • Acts as a receptionist
  • Handles phone calls, receives and attends to guests
  • Coordinates the availability of meeting room spaces

3. Duty travel arrangements and petty cash
  • Organizes the duty travel (flights, taxis, hotel)
  • Books and issues tickets
  • Coordinates the visits of internal and external relations to the FSSC
  • Rresponsible for the petty cash maintained by the FSSC

4.(Co-)Organizes yearly staff incentives and Management Team outings
  • (Co-)Organizes such staff events within budget
  • Coordination of large meetings and events

5.Takes care of certain Facility Management tasks
  • Ensures continued availability and proper functioning of office equipment
  • Responsible for equipment and provisions in the staff canteen
  • Responsible together with the Manager ICT & Facility for the upkeep, tidiness and professional image of the high quality office

Requirements

  • School-leaving certificate
  • Excellent understanding of the MS Office suite
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian (both verbal and written)
  • Representative appearance
