Key Responsibilites

We have both front- and backoffice kinds of positions.
Front office (if you prefer communication on the phone and face-to-face):
  • answering and managing customer enquiries
  • following up customer requests
  • providing timely and accurate assistance to clients and business partners regarding contracts, invoices, master data, transportation, stock management etc.

Back office (if you prefer written communication)
  • providing administrative support for different stakeholders
  • checking and correcting errors in the inventories, master data etc.
  • quality and timely processing of invoices
  • responsible for settlement of all employee expense claims
  • daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • project related tasks


  • Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Precise, trustworthy personality
Previous experience in the field is not required!
