Key Responsibilites

Main tasks of Application Support team:
‒ Manage FIDES process
‒ 1st line functional support for AF-KLM systems
‒ Report generation in Qlikview
‒ System Interface management
‒ Access management

Responsibilities:
The Application Support Operator will be responsible for FIDES – SAP electronic bank statement interface operation.
‒ Operation of business applications, and reporting
‒ Manage SAP interfaces and FIDES bank statement integration for Air France, work on the implementation for KLM
‒ Provide Functional support for the business applications, manage interfaces
‒ Contact with other Software Operators and Developers within the company
‒ Change and Incident management
‒ Participate in testing of new developments

Requirements

Requirements:
  • at least intermediate fluency in English
  • a people person attitude
  • problem solving skills
  • open mindset for new solutions and multinational environment
  • technical acumen
  • Service Desk experience (advantage)
  • Fincancial administration and SAP knowledge (advantage)
  • Application Support experience (advantage)
