Key Responsibilites

  • handle the booking platforms for B2B customers and the customer and the partner queries
  • maintaining fleet, location, terms & condition and product information on our websites
  • preparing and maintaining vehicle images
  • providing administrative support to sales managers in the headquarter
  • precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems
contributing to recognise the opportunities for improving processes


  • min. high school education (University or College degree is an advantage)
  • advanced knowledge Dutch (verbal, written)
  • additionally fluent English (verbal, written)
  • excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
  • strong analytical skills, logical and proactive thinking
  • ability to take initiative
  • experience in using Microsoft Excel
