Order To Cash Specialist with Danish

Our brand new global client from manufacturing and engineering industry with a Shared Service Center in Budapest, is looking for an Order To Cash Specialist with customer service approach, who can manage their partners and customers both in English and in Danish.

Key Responsibilites

  • Handle incoming orders
  • Ensure customer request date is fulfilled
  • Managing client portfolio actively
  • Being in daily contact with the customers of the supported region, provide relevant information
  • Follow up and resolve operational and order related issues, customer queries on time
  • Support cash collection


  • Freshgrads are welcome!
  • Max. 2 years experience in customer service, sales or assistance is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Danish is a must (C1)
  • University/College degree
  • Highly customer focused mind-set
  • Strong analytical skills, structured way of thinking and acting
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, proactive mindset
  • Excellent Excel and general IT literacy
