HR controlling & reporting specialist

On behalf of our partner - one of the top FMCG companies of the globe - we are currently looking for a talented person to join its growing organisation. As a HR controlling & reporting specialist you will act as a key player between the HR and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilites

• Alignment of internal audits and control framework
• Ensure that compliance-specific master data is complete and up-to-date in SAP
• Payroll controlling
• Regular weekly and ad hoc reporting, analysis
• Manage and present HR scorecard
• Consolidate, analyse & improve HR KPI’s
• Support yearly headcount planning, budgeting and ensure proper follow-up through the year
• SAP key user in reporting (SAP release and testing, end-user training)

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years experience in controlling or reporting (experience in HR compensation & benefits is a plus!)
• Advanced Excel & SAP user experience
• Learning ability and ambitious personality
• Fluent Hungarian and advanced English knowledge
• Analitical mindset, attention to detail
• Pro-active attitude
