Level 2 Support Technician

Our partner is a premium media service provider operating all over Europe looking for a Level 2 Support Technician to the Budapest office.

Key Responsibilites

The ideal candidate has at least 2-4 years of experience in working as a vivid and organic part of the Technology support and operation chain of large scale streaming media / OTT / OnDemand services and has a great understanding in providing multi-tier customer and partner support.
You will face with a wide range of complex problems, solve and coordinate issues escalated from level 1 team. Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions in a professional level.


  • experience in working with ticketing / issue tracker systems
  • level 2 or higher IT support experience
  • ability to understand and capture technical details of complex systems (hardware &
software layers both)
  • ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of
technical problems
  • good command of English language
  • excellent analytical and troubling shooting skills
  • excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal calmly, positively
  • willing to work during weekends
  • willing to travel and work in monthly or longer term shifts abroad ( Sweden)
