Inside Sales Account Manager

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Unified Communications & Collaboration Sales Specialist to join their Budapest-based business services center.

Key Responsibilites

As Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be in charge of:
Building long term relationships with Customer and with the Internal Teams and Global Account Team
Creating the client landscape and understanding the customer inventory and cost base
Understanding Customer needs and generating leads / new business opportunities using Inside Sales defined capabilities according to the set governance
Protecting existing revenues with resigning or upgrading existing contracts
Administrating and forecasting business opportunities in Salesforce
Selling the BT portfolio using Inside Sales defined capabilities according to account strategy: including cross-sell and up-sell
Targeting the customers on four area's: Inlife Management, Leading Opportunities, Involved in Strategic Opportunities and extending Contact Matrix.
Acting as a SPOC for customers within BT together with Internal Teams

Requirements

Soft skills:
Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
Using appropriate interpersonal techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or modifying one's own behaviour. is a must

Professional skills:
Degree level or equivalent job experience is a must
Ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects is a must
Previous experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
Telco/IT sector experience is an advantage
Enthusiasm about technology and telecommunication is an advantage

Language skills:
English on a fluent level is a must
