Inside Sales Account Manager

Do you speak English and French OR German on a professional level? We are looking for a passionate and communicative person for our multinational partner in the telecommunication sector.

Key Responsibilites

  • being a key contact for customers and also for internal teams
  • promoting occasional sales campaigns and delivering campaign targets
  • cross-selling and up-selling portfolios
  • administrating and forecasting business opportunities
  • assuring the client relationships by resigning and upgrading existing contracts
  • building the client landscape and understanding customer needs

Requirements

  • conversational English and fluent German speaker
  • excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills
  • proactive,engaging and a great team player
  • has the ability to make decisions individually and take ownership on sales projects
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • has a customer facing attitude
  • Bachelor degree or at least 2 years relevant working experience in sales or client management
