Multilingual Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking to hire experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our new team in Budapest.


Key Responsibilites

  • Build and maintain a strong and trustworthy relationship
with our customers
  • Create and manage customer orders with extra care and
  • Plan the transportation of products with creativity, work
together with logistics companies
  • Work on intercompany orders with our international team
  • Initiate and follow-up on deliveries of products from
terminals/warehouses to customers
  • Prepare and check required documents necessary for
transport, customs, shipping
  • Follow up payment behavior and manage invoicing


  • At least 2 years of experience in a complex, end-to-end
customer care role
  • Fluent English (B2) and one of the above mentioned
languages (C1 or C2)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Outstanding customer orientation and passion for
  • Self-motivated attitude, eagerness for continous
  • Solid SAP knowledge is welcome
