English Speaking Collection Specialist

Key Responsibilites

  • creating credit analysis and review
  • reconciling accounts
  • managing client accounts receivables portfolio
  • reminding customers of their due payments mainly over the phone
  • keeping customer database and accounts up-to-date
  • escalating problems as appropriate
  • managing relationship with customers, partners and car rental stations
  • cooperating with departments in the BSC and in the countries

Requirements

  • min. high school education (University or College degree is an advantage)
  • additionally fluent English (verbal, written)
  • excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
  • strong analytical skills, logical and proactive thinking
  • ability to take initiative
  • experience in using Microsoft Excel
