HR Employee Services Representative

On behalf of our client, we are looking for French speaking HR Employee Services Representative based in Budapest.

Key Responsibilites

  • Provide excellent solutions for employee's and manager's requests via phone or email
  • Communicate effectively to customers on HR policy and processes, providing education where necessary
  • Managing employee data system
  • Responsible for maintenance of accurate and updated employee files
  • Contribute to continuous improvement


  • Fluent English and French skills
  • Customer Service or HR experience is an advantage
  • University or College degree
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Customer-oriented approach
