VP of Sales

Key Responsibilites

  • Own and hit / exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and the product
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
  • All aspects of recruitment, selection and management for the sales department
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances


  • At least 5-10 years IT Sales experience in the field of IT development
  • Development and IT Sales technical background
  • Eager to learn, pro-active attitude
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Innovative thinking
  • Strategic thinking
  • Able to build very strong costumer relationships
