Customer Service Team Leader - Spanish or Portuguese Speaking

Key Responsibilites

  • To lead a team of complex processes
  • Good understanding of the relevant processes and business requirements
  • Drive process optimization and improvements
  • Follow up on process KPI targets and analyse and review the performance
  • People management task for the team members
  • Carry out regular one to one meetings
  • Perform a high standard of customer relationship and stakeholder management
  • Open for afternoon shift work


  • Academic degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service environment
  • 2+ years in leadership experience
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English language
  • Experience in using SAP/Siebel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open for new ideas and constantly looking for improvements
  • Ability to lead people
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Good problem solving skills
