Executive Assistant

Our client operates the biggest pharmacy network in Hungary.
Now they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a director in their head office.

Key Responsibilites

  • supporting the daily work of the director, who is responsible for procurement, marketing, visual merchandising, franchise
  • preparing presentations and charts at an expert level
  • coordinating different projects
  • translating and interpreting
  • organizing events and meetings
  • managing contracts

Requirements

  • university degree
  • fluent English knowledge both in oral and written
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • high level knowledge in Excel, Power Point and Word
  • excellent problem-solving skills
