Key Responsibilites

Responsibilities:

  • manage one of the payroll teams in Hungary; establish KPIs, manage resource allocation, manage the daily tasks of the team
  • manage and develop relationships with clients, external advisors and SMEs
  • oversee preparation of payroll calculations for the clients, accurate processing of all payroll input
  • prepare and review invoices and collections
  • update management

Requirements

  • min 5 years of experience in working in Payroll
  • certification in payroll and social insurance fields
  • experience in people management role
  • profound knowledge of payroll, personal tax and labour legislation
  • knowledge of Nexon program
  • fluency in English
