L3 Technical Support Engineer

Our prestigious multinational client in the telecommunication sector is looking for L3 Technical Support Engineer to their Budapest-based center.

Key Responsibilites

  • You will be providing Senior Technical engineering for multinational customers
  • You will be doing 3rd line incident handling, network management, and deep troubleshooting
  • You will be working on: Nokia Nuage (Agile Connect) and Cisco Viptela (CC SD WAN)
  • You will be working in close cooperation with the higher level of support (specialist)


  • Fluent English knowledge
  • 3-5 years of experience on the network field
  • Deep understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF/EIGRP/DMVPN/IPSEC technologies is a must
  • CCNP or equal knowledge is a must
  • Nokia Nuage and Cisco SD WAN technologies is an advantage
