Avaya Voice Network Engineer - 2nd Level

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Avaya Support Specialists to their growing organization.

Key Responsibilites

As a Level 2 Avaya Network Engineer your tasks will be the following:
  • Support the clients in Avaya related problems via email and telephone
  • Provide support on 2nd level
  • Keep in touch with L1 and L3 level helpdesk
  • Manage supplier activities (Coordinating 3rd party agents for resolution within SLA)
  • Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions
  • Provide process improvement
  • Organize technical trainings and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Fluent English knowledge
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Understanding Avaya products and technologies is a must
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proactive and dynamic personality
  • Able to work in shifts
  • Professional communication skills
