Senior Office Leasing Consultant

On behalf of our Client we are looking for a Senior Office Leasing Consultant / Adviser for their growing team.

Key Responsibilites

  • Provide high level assistance for clients in searching for properties meeting their requirements and in selling or leasing properties on behalf of principals
  • Deliver leasing advice to major national and international clients
  • Business development activities and client / key account management
  • Optimize the benefits of occupation for tenant and owner-occupier companies
  • Provide comprehensive integrate expertise regarding office buildings
  • Provide advice on the best options and opportunities for client's business
  • Responsible for leasing negotiations
  • Administrative duties


  • At least 3 years' experience in office leasing with proven track record on paper
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • University / College degree
  • In-depth knowledge of every aspect of building specification, occupation and location
  • Understanding of transaction activities and transaction management
  • Strong consulting and selling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pro-active, active, & straight-forward attitude and approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
