Problem Analyst

Our prestigious multinational client in the telecommunication sector is looking for Problem Analyst to their Budapest-based center.

Key Responsibilites

  • Providing technical support for Problem Managers
  • Analyzing incidents related to network issues
  • Troubleshooting and identifying the root causes of incidents in cooperation with internal and external technical teams
  • Maintaining problem tasks to ensure steps and outcome of technical investigation is fully documented
  • Documenting and implementing problem permanent solution in accordance with agreed standards and processes
  • Recommending and suggesting improvements to existing services proactively


  • Minimum CCNP R&S equivalent knowledge
  • Technical support experience
  • English on a conversational level

  • Experience with any programming language which can be useful in networking
  • CCIE equivalent knowledge
  • Problem Management and/or Incident Management experience
  • French or German or Italian or Spanish on a conversational level
