Central Europe's largest industrial developer is looking for an accountant with full-scale experience for its office located in Biatorbágy.

Key Responsibilites

The new employee will be responsible for:

• Complete processing of accounting of particular SPVs, including VAT, CIT
• Complex accounting processing
• Preparation and debiting / billing of actuarial documents, checking these

Further tasks:

• Communicating with suppliers and clients, cooperating with colleagues from project management, legal department and others
• Providing reporting upon request
• Communicating with financial and tax authorities, auditors, etc.
• Providing reports and communicating with Headquarters
• Being compliant with internal procedures
• Providing proactive approach to increase effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes
• Coordinating activities of the external accounting company


• Degree in economics/accountancy
• Double-entry bookkeeping knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as independent accountant
• Experience from real estate company is an advantage
• PC / MS office knowledge (word, excel)
• Knowledge of Helios system is an advantage
• Knowledge of Hungarian accounting legislation
• Good command of English
• Assertive, communicative personality, team player however able to work independently
