Dutch and English Speaking Logistics Advisor

Join our multinational partner to win the customer journey competition, and be the one whom the customers like the most. We are looking for a multilingual Logistics Advisor to join the Eastern Europe team, providing support for their client in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilites

Your tasks will be:
• Provide support to resolve logistics issues (date of deliveries, provide replacement solutions, alternative solutions, non-compliant parts, shipping error, invoicing)
• Be a point of contact for Part Distributors and area managers, for all questions relating to spare parts.
• Management of parts and accessories orders (cancellation, creation, intention of order…)
• Support in resolving logistics complaints from parts distributors.
• Ensure clear and correct communication with the market network through SAP, emails, phone.
• Be a point of contact for dealers implementing and utilizing BTC Electronic Vehicle Health Check (EVHC) solutions.
• Liaise with BTC EVHC User support 2nd line in order to treat 1st line inquiries and claims as required.
• Deliver service according to policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent German (oral and written) is a MUST
• Fluent Dutch (oral and written) is a MUST
• Upper-intermediate English (oral and written) is a MUST
• Problem-solving mindset
• Analytical spirit and customer focus
• it wouldn't hurt if you were interested in the automotive sector :)
• German language skills are a strong advantage
