1st level Application Operator/ Service Desk Agent

Our multinational partner is looking for costumer focused Application Operators.

Key Responsibilites

You will handling customers’ calls, fulfilling service requests that ensures high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for recovering business service as soon as possible.

Your tasks will include:

  • Handling calls in our call center
  • Keeping contact with customers, providers and each correspondent department
  • Tracking incidents and providing professional support to relevant divisions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Opening and handling incidents
  • Solving simple service requests for the customers
  • Working in 12 hour shifts (24/7)


  • Able to work in shift
  • Fluent English and German in an intermediate level is a must
  • Have generic IT knowledge and are open to further deepen it
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Are proactive, customer and service oriented
